Brands and creators often price sponsored posts by the views they bring. Enter your average views per post, a price per 1,000 views (CPM) and the number of posts in the deal. The calculator shows the price per post, the price for the whole deal and what each view costs the brand.

Example value. Use the rate you and the brand agree on, or your past deals.

How the price is calculated

Price per post = average views ÷ 1,000 × CPM. A creator with 25,000 views per post and a CPM of $20 would charge about $500 per post. The CPM in the calculator is an example. There is no official rate, so use the number you agree with the brand or the rate from your past deals.

What changes your rate

  • Views, not followers: use the average views of your last 10 posts. Brands pay for people who will see the post.
  • Engagement: a high engagement rate is a strong argument for a higher CPM. Check yours with our engagement rate calculator.
  • Format and usage: Reels, Stories, usage rights and exclusivity usually cost more than a single feed post.
  • Your niche: topics with valuable buyers, such as finance or tech, often pay more per view.

Before you send a quote

  1. Collect your average views, reach and engagement from the last 30 days.
  2. Write down what the brand gets: formats, number of posts, dates and usage rights.
  3. Send the price per post and a package price for several posts.

Common questions

How much should I charge for a sponsored post?

Start from your average views and a CPM you can justify with past results, then adjust for format, usage rights and exclusivity.

Why views instead of followers?

Views show how many people actually saw your recent posts. Follower counts include people who no longer see your content.

Is the CPM in the calculator a market rate?

No. It is an example value. Replace it with the rate you agree with the brand.
