We want every order to be clear before checkout. This policy explains when refunds, replacements or order corrections may apply for YT-Boost digital services.
Digital service notice
YT-Boost sells digital promotional services. After payment, order processing may begin quickly. Once delivery has started, cancellation may not be possible because the service has already entered fulfillment.
When a refund may be available
A refund may be reviewed when an order cannot be delivered, when the submitted service cannot be fulfilled due to a technical issue, or when support confirms that the order did not match the purchased service.
When a refund may not be available
Refunds are usually not available after successful delivery, when the wrong link was submitted and delivery has already started, when the profile or content was private during delivery, or when results changed later because of platform updates or account removals.
Refills and replacements
Some products include a refill or replacement guarantee. If your product includes this guarantee and numbers drop within the stated period, contact support with your order number so we can review the case.

Contact support with your order number, the email used at checkout, the service name and the link submitted with the order. This helps us check the status faster and offer the correct solution.
Processing time
Refund reviews are handled case by case. If approved, the time for the money to appear in your account depends on the payment provider or bank.
