Any third-party content suggesting jobs, earnings, or investment opportunities associated with the Company’s brand is false and unauthorized.
The Company is not responsible for content published on external websites or third-party platforms.
Users are responsible for independently verifying information and using the Service at their own risk.

3. Nature of Services and No Affiliation with Platforms

4. Delivery Guarantee
The Company guarantees delivery of services as described in the order.
Standard delivery time is approximately 24–72 hours.
For large orders, high system load, or slow external services, delivery may take up to 7 business days and, in exceptional cases, up to several additional days.
If the Company is unable to complete an order within a reasonable operational timeframe, the Customer may be eligible for a partial or full refund, solely at the Company’s discretion.
This guarantee does not apply to delays caused by third-party platforms, concurrent third-party campaigns, or force majeure events.
5. Refill and VIP Guarantee
Standard Refill
Valid for 30 days from completion of the order.
Applies only to drops resulting directly from the Company’s services.
Does not cover drops from previous orders or other providers.
VIP Guarantee
Valid for 180 days.
Applies exclusively to the Company’s services.
Does not cover losses prior to purchase or caused by other providers.
After these periods expire, the Company is under no obligation to provide further replacements.
6. Natural Drops
The Customer acknowledges that natural drops in followers, likes, views, or other engagement are normal.
Except as expressly covered under Refill or VIP guarantees, drops do not constitute grounds for refunds or complaints.
7. Account Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for their social media accounts.
The Company is not liable for bans, restrictions, or any actions taken by platforms against Customer accounts.
All services are used at the Customer’s own risk.
8. Account Confidentiality
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, including usernames and passwords.
All actions performed using Customer accounts are deemed authorized by the Customer.
The Company is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access caused by insufficient account security.
9. No Account Modifications During Active Campaigns
During active service delivery, Customers must not:

change usernames

switch accounts from public to private

delete or hide campaign-related content

block access to profiles
Violation may result in cancellation of the order without refund.
10. Customer Data
Customers are responsible for providing accurate links, usernames, and identifiers.
Incorrect or incomplete data does not entitle the Customer to refunds or re-delivery.
11. Third-Party Marketing Campaigns
Concurrent marketing campaigns not managed by the Company may affect service outcomes, including delays or reduced effectiveness.
The Company accepts no responsibility for such interference.
Where multiple campaigns are active, the Company reserves the right to attribute combined campaign benefits to the Company’s services.
Customers are encouraged to inform the Company of any concurrent campaigns.
12. Card Payments, Disputes, and Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact the Company first regarding any payment issues.
Initiating chargebacks or card disputes without prior communication constitutes a breach of these Terms.
In such cases, the Company reserves the right to:

permanently block Customer accounts

revoke delivered services

pursue outstanding balances including dispute handling fees and legal costs
All unpaid amounts remain due and payable.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, loss of profits, reduced reach, or reputational harm.
14. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any third-party claims arising from:

15. Third-Party Platform Compliance
Customers must comply with all applicable terms, policies, and guidelines of third-party platforms.
The Company is not responsible for actions taken against Customer accounts due to platform policy violations.

Customers may not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
