Refund Policy:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your likes/followers must be unreceived.

Several factors occur when we look into the eligibility of a refund. If the services have been added, we cannot accept refunds. We also do not accept refunds for any loss of followers/services as we will offer credit for any time that this occurs.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a valid reason for the refund. Please do not ask to be refunded if you have not contacted us within 30 days of purchase.

  • * Drastic loss of followers/likes
  • * Non-delivery of service

Once your return inquiry is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Customized Services/work are non-refundable.

If we discover a payment challenge or chargeback from the “bank” or “credit card company” your service/work shall be blocked without notice.

Refunds or cancellations aren’t applicable for all those works/services which are offered with discount rates or on special events.

  • Is it possible to get a refund?

The only circumstance in which you will receive a refund is if we do not deliver your order within seven days of the time in which you first placed your order. This is in case if the shipment time specified is lesser than seven days for the product. If the given time for the delivery is longer than seven days, a refund is possible after the given time. However, if your order has been delivered promptly and completely, we will not issue a refund.

We give refunds only if we have not yet placed an order. If your order is in a queue or being processed, your order has been placed, and therefore we cannot refund you.
